Mary Galloway,  President
 
Mrs. Galloway has more than 20 years’ experience in business management, with 7 years spent in information technology management for large and diverse requirements. Her experience spans academia, public sector, and federal entities.

Mrs. Galloway is a Small Business professional. She has started and managed companies that ranged in size from 1 person to over 100 employees. As a Woman-owned Small Business owner, Mrs. Galloway has had to balance her personal life, the needs of her family, and the demanding requirements of managing a business.

Mrs. Galloway’s five basic business philosophies are:
  •  Customer first. The success of a Small Business is directly related to Customer satisfaction. To help accomplish this goal, she insists upon Customer loyalty from each of her Employees.
  •  Quality. Mrs. Galloway realizes that a Small Business may get only one opportunity to succeed and that a Company’s last product is its last reference. She has made “quality before profit” the mantra of AES.
  •  Dedication. Customer, Employee, Company, and Quality are areas in which she is dedicated to excellence.
  •  Employee support. Respect is a two-way street. As such, Mrs. Galloway works hard to ensure that all AES Employees are treated equally, fairly, and with the utmost respect. She knows that the success of her Company depends on her Employees, as they are the Company.

  • Dale Galloway,  Chief Executive Officer
     
    Mr. Galloway has more than 35 years' experience in all aspects of information technology management, with his efforts concentrated on, but not limited to, projects for various federal agencies including the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Transportation (DOT), the Department of Homeland Security, State and Local governments, and public universities.

    Mr. Galloway was a federal employee for over 25 years prior to his retirement in 2003. The majority of his federal career involved enterprise integration, enterprise architecture, program management, and various levels of information technology management. Mr. Galloway has extensive experience in the implementation of ERP such as SAP and PeopleSoft.

    The last federal position held by Mr. Galloway was that of Director of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Information Technology Center (SPAWAR ITC). Located in New Orleans Louisiana, this 1,300-member, multimillion-dollar Navy information technology organization serves the development, acquisition, and management of enterprise business systems for the Navy, DoD, and other federal agencies. Other past positions held by Mr. Galloway involved overseeing the creation and establishment of an Information Technology Center at the University of New Orleans Research and Technology Park ; laying the foundation for the development of an integrated, enterprise approach to providing manpower and personnel information systems for all DoD Service components; and managing the successful development, deployment, and maintenance of numerous manpower, personnel, pay, and training systems for Active Navy and Naval Reserve forces.

    Scott Galloway,  Executive Vice President
     
    Mr. Galloway has more than 15 years' experience in all aspects of information technology management, including business development and project management for private enterprises and government entities. Mr. Galloway has proven his ability to foresee, implement, and integrate the many aspects of a complete information technology system.

    Mr. Galloway's past experience includes managing large systems for the Department of Transportation; managing software development groups (System Engineering, Software Engineering, Architecture, Interfaces, and Security) for the Department of Defense; and planning, organizing, configuring hardware, and maintaining applications for a large, Florida-based telephone company.

    Bill Henley,  Vice President of Programs
     
    Mr. Henley is an experienced Program Manager and Software Developer, having worked nearly 10 years in information technology. At AES, he has been instrumental in obtaining and managing several projects with the Department of the Navy (DON).

    Prior to his work with AES, Mr. Henley held a variety of positions at Northrop Grumman. Key positions include his work as a Logistics Engineer and as a Senior Distributed Applications Programmer. As Logistics Engineer, he led the design, development, training, and implementation of Logistics automating applications and provided program management for all development projects including tracking costs, schedules, and deliverables. As a Senior Distributed Applications Programmer, Mr. Henley developed desktop and handheld applications used to improve Logistics processes and also developed training materials for new implementations.

    In addition to his experience, Mr. Henley is the recipient of multiple AEGIS Excellence Awards. This award was created by the U.S. Navy in 1976 to recognize outstanding contractor/supplier performance on its Aegis Program. In addition, Mr. Henley is a certified Configuration Data Managers Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) trainer.

    Fred Spence,  Director of Operations
     
    Mr. Spence has nearly 30 years' experience managing people, programs, and technology. He gained this experience while working as a Federal Government contractor and as a commercial production, operations, and engineering manager.

    Mr. Spence's career began in the U.S. Navy on a guided missile destroyer. He supported the Harpoon missile system and also maintained analog fire control computers and the associated radar for the ship's 5"-54 caliber gun. After being honorably discharged from service, Mr. Spence worked as an electronic technician for Odom Offshore Surveyors, an operations and product manufacturing company. Mr. Spence's next position was with Triton Systems Inc., where he designed and produced microprocessor-based technology products for both the private and public sector.

    Newly graduated by the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with honors, Mr. Spence began using his technical, management, and business skills to provide program, business, and operations management for a U.S. Navy Supercomputer Center. Ultimately, this one center evolved into numerous Federal Government processing environments, which afforded Mr. Spence the opportunity to construct and remodel secure fault-tolerant data centers for some of the largest computers in the world, including a deep data archive in a high-reliability environment.

    Currently, Mr. Spence is a key employee at AES and is critical to its ability to offer clients a vertically integrated capability. As an organization, AES can start with an empty field and create a complete secure and fault-tolerant data center facility - providing everything required to design, create, manage, operate, and maintain the facility. Upon completion of the data center, AES has the expertise to provide the full range of specialties required to provision the Information Technology infrastructure from system/network design and installation to enterprise integration management, including application development and 24/7 operation/maintenance of the completed environment.

    John Eads,  Chief Financial Officer
     
    Mr. Eads has more than 35 years’ experience in financial accounting, ranging from small business firms with 5 or fewer employees to multi-national companies with 1000+ employees. His experience includes financial reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as small business reporting with various federal, state, and local taxing authorities and bankers.

    Mr. Eads’ primary responsibility with Applied Enterprise Solutions, LLC is to ensure the financial well-being of the company while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations related to government financial and tax reporting. He is also responsible for the coordination of the various government contracts and related compliance with the terms of such contracts.

    Mr. Eads graduated from Northeast Missouri State University (Truman State University) in 1974 with a B.S. in Accounting. He passed the CPA exam in Illinois and is registered with the State Board of CPAs of Louisiana.

    Jim LeGrand,  Chief Technical Officer
     
    Mr. LeGrand has more than 30 years of experience in the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of DoD HR systems for the Army, Navy, and Naval Reserve.

    Prior to his work with AES, Mr. LeGrand served as Director of Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) for the Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHRS) (Pers/Pay) program, a large Human Resource/ Enterprise Resource Planning system built to support the Department of Defense. Mr. LeGrand developed tailored IV&V processes and procedures and created the overall approach used to support the program. Other past positions include acting as the Process Management lead for the SPAWAR ITC, where he directed the development of the methods used by the SPAWAR ITC to build processes appropriate to the SPAWAR mission; serving as Director of Quality Management department of Future-Tec Management Systems, where he developed the processes, procedures and created the overall approach used to support the NSIPS IV&V team, DIMHRS IV&V team, the SPAWAR Information Center (SITC) Configuration Management teams, and the SITC Quality Assurance teams, as well as establishing the SITC's first software testing department; and acting as Program Manager of the Reserve Command Management Information Strategy (RESCOMMIS) contract, where he managed a large, diverse and complex HR and ERP system/software engineering, development, and technical support effort for the Naval Reserve Information Systems Office, directing a technical staff of over 210 personnel and managing an annual budget of 12 million dollars.
